I will be hosting a charity event at Root Down in Riverside near 5 points. I will be collecting undies and socks for the homeless. All proceeds from this class will go to benefit the Jacksonville City Rescue Mission. Schedule Changes:

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that I will no longer be teaching at my Baymeadows studio location. I will continue to teach all of my outdoor classes. 
This is my outdoor class schedule:

Every Thursday - Verona Park at 11:00am
Every Sunday - Memorial Park at 11:00am

If you would like to see more classes added to this schedule, please feel free to voice them! I hope to meet and practice with you soon!
